  • ASP.Net Dynamic Controls (Part 1)
    Beginning of a (so far 2 part) series on how to use dynamic controls in ASP.Net. A survey of the problems with dynamic controls is presented first. This is followed by a basic example (with code) of how to set up the control.
  • ASP.Net Error Logging
    A look at error logging in ASP.Net using exception handling at the global level. I present an outline of how I do error logging and give code that you can drop right in to production.
  • ASP.Net Regular Expressions
    Discussion of form design and user experience regarding how rigid the entry boxes should be. Followed by a list of common regular expressions that can be used for form validation in the RegularExpressionValidator control.
